Our aluminium fragmentation facility produces different fraction of aluminium with aluminium content more than 95%. On top of that, our facility has the End of waste accreditation to guarantee the purity and sustainability.
Quality control is fundamental for us, and every order that leaves the facility is sampled to ensure you receive the highest quality granules.

Chemistry
Chemical specification (30–60 / 30–120 mm)
Cross section min 10 mm – max 130 mm per piece, Al yield min 98%, free from Fe, Cu, Zn, Pb, thermal breaks, chips, asbestos or any other impurities. Si max 0.65; Fe max 0.255; Cu max 0.045; Mn max 0.065; Mg max 0.65; Zn max 0.045; Pb max 0.015 — others all max 0.05%.
Step 01
Profile intake
We buy all types of aluminium profiles, alloy 6000.
Step 02
Fragmentation
Profiles are shredded on the dedicated aluminium line in Minglanilla.
Step 03
X-ray separation
Sorting separates aluminium from contaminants in 0–12 and 30–60 mm fractions.
Step 04
Quality check
Each order is sampled; chemistry is verified against alloy specification.
Application areas
Fragmented 6063 is suitable for refineries, foundries and extruder feed across Europe.
