Ready to start?
We are always ready to start a new business dialogue with future customers and suppliers.

Operations
Two facilities, five controlled stages — from inbound material to dispatch. The chain is continuous, instrumented and audited.
Stage 01
We buy non-ferrous scrap from European industrial suppliers under the Collaboration Protocol on Radiological Surveillance and our internal anti-trafficking purchasing protocol. Inbound loads are weighed, sampled and registered at the Alaquas yard before they enter the processing line.

Stage 02
Cables and aluminium profiles are shredded on dedicated lines in Alaquas (cable shredder, commissioned 2019) and Minglanilla (cable line 2020, aluminium line 2020). The mechanical pre-treatment liberates copper from PVC and prepares aluminium for fragmentation.

Stage 03
Copper and aluminium are separated from non-metallic fractions through density and X-ray sorting. The X-ray separator handles aluminium fractions 0–12 mm and 30–60 mm; copper granules leave the line at 1A, 1B and No. 2 grades.

Stage 04
Every order is sampled before it leaves the facility. Internal lab work covers purity (% Cu, % Al), particle size distribution and chemical specification (Si, Fe, Cu, Mn, Mg, Zn, Pb). Both facilities operate under End-of-Waste accreditation.

Stage 05
Outbound material moves in bulk or bigbags (1 000 / 1 250 kg). The geographical position next to the port of Valencia — the largest in the Mediterranean — allows fast, structured logistics for European buyers and intercontinental shipments.
